The cornerstone of our company’s philosophy is based on the premise that our customers deserve a quality product, on time and
within budget. This simple yet vital concept is the driving force behind all of our activities.
Crown Technical Systems
Crown Technical Systems, a California corporation, located in
Ontario, Southern California is in the
business of designing, developing,
manufacturing, and testing of Protective Relay &

other process control industries. Since its inception in 1996, Crown Technical Systems has been providing quality products and services to the U.S. Government, publicly owned utilities, general contractors and other corporations.
Management
Crown Technical Systems' management philosophy is success through Task-Dominant management planning. Every program has a
Project Manager and a Project Engineer. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program
related to matters such as scheduling, budgeting and personnel issues. The Project Engineer is responsible for executing the
technical aspects of the project. This includes such items as fabrication and arrangement drawings, schematic and wiring
diagrams, test procedures, equipment purchases and subcontract coordination. The Project Engineer also coordinates all
technical discussions with the customer. Crown plans for success by determining the scope of the program,
clearly defining the program requirements and tasks, anticipating risk, identifying alternatives and readjusting our plan to
achieve the ultimate goal, which is to provide quality products on a timely basis at the most competitive price.
