Quality assurance is incorporated into every facet of our manufacturing process. Every area involves quality assurance – from document control and receiving inspections through in-process checks, final inspections, and shipping inspections. Key processes, critical for quality manufacturing, have been flow charted to ensure end-to-end visibility with no gaps in coverage.
Each and every panel, enclosure and switchgear manufactured has affixed to
it a quality assurance package that stays with it until final shipping inspections
are complete. This ensures that any deficiency noted during fabrication, wiring,
or assembly is corrected in an appropriate manner and reviewed by quality assurance before the product leaves our facility.
