Keeping our employees happy and excited for the challenges of a new day is
more than just quarterly events. Top management down through shop supervisors are properly trained to foster a positive work environment resulting in stronger retention rates.
R – Reward Right Behavior
With accountability comes recognition. Whether it is our monthly employee of the month program or hire-date anniversary celebration, employees are rewarded for their participation in moving Crown in the right direction.
I – Involve
Just showing up to work isn’t enough. We encourage all our employees to engage
in every aspect of their jobs to constantly find new and better ways of doing things and report those ideas during weekly department meetings.
D – Develop
Even our most seasoned employee stands to learn and be challenged through our career development programs. Skilled, technical and administrative staff is provided apprentice support in the early phases of development while long standing employees push themselves professionally with an individualized career program.

E – Evaluate
Our evaluation and measurement processes are annual performance reviews, improved hiring and orientation processes, and an analytical review of yearly turnover. Measuring progress and determining the best practices is key to the evolution of Crown. It is with the practice of and belief in the philosophy P.R.I.D.E. that Crown Technical Systems is able to continue expanding its capabilities through the strength of its employees.
