Our quality assurance program was created to provide a visible path of accountability in all elements of our production process. The production path of a device or steel structure carries with it a yellow traveler card that anyone at Crown can use to notify a QA technician that a discrepancy has been identified and the production of the device or steel structure will then be stopped until further evidence that the discrepancy has been resolved. From the creation of a purchase order to the receipt and storage of a piece of equipment to the release of an item to our floor personnel, the quality assurance program at Crown ensures that every step of production can be traced to the production lead and those members of the team involved in the manufacturing of our enclosures, protective relay panels, and switchgear.

Creating and maintaining a safe work environment for our employees is a priority. We understand that safe conditions make for a better workplace and actually increase productivity which in turn allows our customers the benefit of cost savings in our product offering.
As Crown has grown, so has our risk exposure. We have developed a multiple layered Injury and Illness Prevention Program to ensure its employees have the tools they need to stay safe. Each production department is trained to properly use protective equipment while on the job as well as learn how to recognize hazardous and unsafe conditions therefore preventing accidents.
Monthly safety meetings are held to cover training and standards for each production team. Personnel are accountable for update and review of current safety practices and procedures as well as suggest ways to adapt them to work better. Everything about working safely at Crown can be found in our safety handbook or feel free to contact a customer service representative for additional information about our EMR history and insurance certifications.
